Refunds for digital games

Our games are digital products that you unlock and play straight away.

Before you unlock: if you change your mind before unlocking the game, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.

After you unlock: when you unlock the game, you're asked to agree to start playing immediately. Once it's unlocked, the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies.

If something's wrong: if the game doesn't work as described, or you can't unlock it, contact us. We'll fix it or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
